Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These will be clearly stated on the product page.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
